We have a 14-day return and exchange policy for most items (excluding bespoke orders). To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and condition, and with all tags attached.

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order.
Please note that you'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
